Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory zones and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (avg. 120 picks/hour) while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order fulfillment challenges
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and participate in monthly safety drills
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory management
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotations
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Proficiency with handheld scanning devices or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
