Responsibilities
- • Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- • Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- • Meet/exceed productivity metrics (150+ orders/hour)

Qualifications
- • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- • Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- • Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- • Reliable transportation and punctuality
- • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
