Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Load/unload trailers and organize inventory in designated zones
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
