Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Perform accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and maintain real-time stock records
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and quality compliance
- Build pallets, pack orders, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts with weekend rotation
