Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight hours
- Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated sorting systems
- Maintain accurate digital records using warehouse management software
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and support month-end inventory audits
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory tracking systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts
- Valid California driver's license preferred
