Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory throughout the facility
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Load/unload trucks following safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
