Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, dock equipment) safely
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to 4567 Industrial Park Drive
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
