Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain organized warehouse zones through strategic stocking and space optimization techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflows
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE usage and hazardous material handling procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong work ethic encouraged
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory management tasks
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend rotation
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment
