Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces per OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth operational handovers
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (4 PM - 2 AM)
