Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day shipments
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
