Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan, track, and verify inventory.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is an asset.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
