Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO protocols
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Complete digital inventory reports with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stamina for 8-10 hour shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park
- Pass pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Team player with attention to detail
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
