Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train on new equipment and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation to 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM shift
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
