Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain precise inventory counts in WMS system
- Operate conveyor systems and automated sorting equipment
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing orders
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Spanish/English bilingualism a plus
