Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to meet daily and nightly KPIs.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Material Handling: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Trucking Operations: Load and unload trailers securely, ensuring cargo integrity and proper organization.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and strong attendance is required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
