Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and materials against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently during shift handovers.
- Assist in maintaining safety compliance (OSHA standards) and housekeeping duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
