Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks with speed and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock organization.
- Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
