Responsibilities
- Accurately process, package, and ship inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Perform quality control inspections and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support loading/unloading operations with efficiency and precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
