Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation protocols
- Adhere to strict safety procedures including lockout/tagout and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete quality control checks and documentation for all shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
