Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks and document discrepancies in warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal workflow efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company standards
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processes
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekly overtime availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
