Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic pallet stacking and space utilization
- Maintain strict quality control standards during order fulfillment and packaging processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges in real-time
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all safety regulations while maintaining a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend rotation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park Drive facility
