Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and proficiently
- Maintain real-time inventory counts using WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift operation license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
