Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory with precision
- Pick and pack orders accurately for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to meet safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexibility
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
