Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Perform quality control checks and maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading dock operations
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
