Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment and verify freight documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
