Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain precise inventory counts and execute cycle counts with RF scanners
- Optimize order fulfillment with attention to speed and accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and lockout/tagout procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (e.g., 6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
