Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight from trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize inventory with precision using handheld scanners.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accuracy in every package.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and software systems efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus and follow instructions accurately.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
