Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing freight handling equipment and verify shipment contents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics setting is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
