Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping areas.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to transport inventory.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to accurately pick, pack, and stage orders.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems (RF Scanners).
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
