Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment by accurately packing, labeling, and staging boxes.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurately recorded in the WMS.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free warehouse.
- Operate warehouse management software to track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
