Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Operate heavy warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks during the designated night shift hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
