Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform quality control inspections and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Support loading/unloading operations with efficient material handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
