Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Accurately load/unload shipments and manage inventory systems
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and safety compliance
- Process orders with barcode scanners and digital tracking tools
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork ethic
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
