Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipping orders accurately and safely.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
