Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized stock rotation in 50,000 sq. ft. facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Utilize RF scanners for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM) schedule
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments (40-60°F)
