Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Inspect goods for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support facility maintenance and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
