Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following strict safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Load/unload trailers efficiently while meeting daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift
- Collaborate with day-shift team during handover processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
