As a key player in our Milwaukee distribution center, you'll ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining OSHA compliance. Our night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) features reduced commute traffic and premium pay differentials. No experience? No problem! Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily manifests
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless cross-functional operations
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company guidelines
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
