Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
