Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using material handling equipment
- Execute precise inventory counts and cycle counts
- Pick/pack orders with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Maintain 5S compliance in assigned zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Operate WMS systems (Manhattan/Oracle)
- Train on new automation technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to complete)
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
