Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Load/unload trucks with attention to safety protocols and damage prevention
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-paid certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
