Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently and safely
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas following 5S standards
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies in digital systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
