Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Optimize order picking/packing processes for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS system
- Safely operate powered equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) in OSHA-compliant manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to all safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures
- Train on new warehouse automation systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience or equivalent military logistics background
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (required for equipment operation)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued for diverse team collaboration
