Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking and packing with 99.8% accuracy during peak overnight hours
- Operate advanced material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts with RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards in all warehouse operations
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows for seamless loading/unloading
- Implement quality control protocols for all outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean record
