Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Maintain real-time inventory counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and housekeeping protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless operations handoff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
