Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to meet SLAs
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with remote logistics coordinators via digital platforms for inventory updates
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility
