Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in a 24/7 environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely loading/unloading
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Optimize workflow efficiency in 100,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexible schedule availability (6 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
