Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant certification
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse space through strategic pallet stacking and slotting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Train on new equipment and warehouse technologies as implemented
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-paid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
