Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory with zero-error accuracy
- Optimize order fulfillment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain precise inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Enforce strict safety protocols in all warehouse operations
- Support facility maintenance and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
