Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space through proper stacking and sanitation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment issues immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a low-light environment
